It is a fair assumption that you are visiting our website because you are either currently composting or wish to start composting. People decide to compost for a variety of reasons, to some it is a desire to cut down on the thousands of tonnes of organic waste we send to landfill each year, to others it is a desire to produce an extremely usful product from something considered as waste, to add back and aid all that is growing in the garden or maybe tubs and baskets, whatever the reason the "green art of composting" is on the increase!

"Composting Direct" is a sister website to the long established Worms Direct, we decided to set up Composting Direct to concentrate on this subject and to offer the same ease of use, product quality and service that Worms Direct has become renowned for over the last 10 years, it also lets us expand the website, to provide more information, advice and products on all aspects of composting, including worm composting and any associated subjects, to help you cut down on the waste sent to landfill and to help improve your garden, tubs and baskets.
